They are Shakeil Omar Ifill, 27, of Constant, St George; Kadeem Juron Small, 26, of Rock Hall, St Philip; and Tyrese Ricardo Marshall, 24, of Walkers Valley, St George. All three have been charged with theft of property belonging to Norman Holder on August 30. Police have also charged Small with rape on May 9.
