The Barbados Meteorological Services (BMS) said the island can expect heavy rainfall tonight that could generate flooding across low lying areas. The forecasters explain that a tropical wave along with favourable upper-level conditions is affecting the island. “Moderate to heavy rainfall already generated around an inch of rainfall in certain areas across the island.
