Fees are payable to the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Supreme Court Complex, Whitepark Road, St. Michael or online by using government’s EzPay+ portal. “Failure to meet the deadline of January 31, 2025 will result in the payment of fees twice the amount that is due.” Any person, who fails, neglects or refuses to register and engages in any profession, trade, business or calling, is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $500.00. Persons who are required by law to pay licence fees and fail to do so within the determined period of January 31, 2025, shall be treated as being unregistered.
