Police were called to the scene at approximately 4:40 p.m. following reports of the accident. Upon arrival, officers discovered the man pinned on the right side of the vehicle. Emergency personnel attended to him, but he showed no signs of life and was later pronounced dead by a medical doctor. The deceased has been identified by a family member as Michael Eversley.
