The 29-year-old, of Workmans, St George, appeared before Magistrate Manila Renee in the No. 2 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court, where he was not required to plead to the charge of murdering 31-year-old Akil Hinds on October 6. He is also charged with using a firearm to commit the indictable offence.
