Initial police investigations reveal that the man, identified by a relative as Damon Corbin of Work Hall, was injured during the altercation that occurred sometime before 7:15 p.m. He reportedly left the residence but collapsed a short distance away. Emergency medical personnel responded but found no signs of life. A doctor later visited the scene and officially pronounced death. Officers from the District “C” Police Station are continuing investigations into what has been classified as an unnatural death. Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or have any information that may assist, to contact the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1800-8477, Police Emergency at 211 or the District ‘C’ Police Station at 416-8200 or 416-8204.
