The event is set to take place on Wednesday at the home of rugby in Barbados, the historic Garrison Savannah. The first match is scheduled to kick-off at 5:30 p.m. and will feature the Pelican Rugby Academy U16’s vs St. Theresa’s U19 ‘B’ in a touch/hold match.
