Devere Gale-Forde was arraigned before Justice Pamela Beckles in the No. 5 Supreme Court and pleaded guilty to having a firearm and 16 rounds of ammunition on August 26, 2025. He was represented by Senior Counsel Andrew Pilgrim, who requested a pre-sentence report and Gale-Fordeโs record of time spent on remand. Justice Pamela Beckles ordered the report and adjourned the case until June 18, when the facts are to be heard. State Counsel Maya Kellman represented the State.
