Dishon Deon Maughn of Bibbyโs Lane, St Michael, was not required to enter a plea to the indictable charge that, with intent to maim, disfigure or disable Darian Williams or to do him some other serious bodily harm, he wounded Williams on May 15. Acting Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick released him on $3 000 bail and warned him to stay away from the complainant and the complainantโs sister.
