Nicolande Neil Lampkin, of St Barnabas Heights, St Michael, appeared before Acting Magistrate Jared Richards in the District โAโ Traffic Court and pleaded not guilty to indecently assaulting a female on July 25. He was granted bail of $15 000. Station Sergeant Vernon Forde raised no objections to bail but urged that a condition be imposed requiring the accused to stay away from the complainant, including via social media. After doing so, Richards ordered Lampkin, who is represented by attorney-at-law Simon Clarke, to return to court on October 29.
