The Barbados Integrity Movement (BIM) is a minor political party in Barbados.
The Barbados Integrity Movement is a diverse, progressive, all demographic oriented social movement that was birthed to represent the principles of Integrity, Transparency and Prosperity for all Barbadians. The founding members initially met in October, 2015 to discuss the current pressing socio-economic challenges that every Barbadian stakeholder was facing subsequent to the 2008 and 2013 General Elections. It was agreed by all members present that a fresh methodology and political ideology incumbent of the rights to democracy, social justice and socio-economic prosperity was needed. Consequently after months of careful planning and preparation The B.I.M was officially founded on 8 March 2016 during a meeting held at the premises of the National Empowerment Ministries located at Roebuck Street, St Michael.
On 16 January 2018 the leaders of the Barbados Integrity Movement (BIM) and the New Barbados Kingdom Alliance (NBKA) announced a merger of the two parties.
