The charges are that on January 20, he unlawfully assaulted Lee-Ann Lingo while on the MV Dream Chaser and that on the same day, assaulted Andrew Thornton, occasioning him actual bodily harm. The matter was in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court before Acting Magistrate Anika Jackson.
