Update: Fire: Authorities advise residents to avoid breathing in smoke

Authorities are advising residents downwind of the fire currently underway at B’s Recycling in St Thomas to avoid breathing in the smoke.
A statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office said residents in West Terrace, Arthur Seat, Holders Hill and surrounding areas should take all necessary precautions.
The Barbados Fire Service remains deployed at the scene.
