Customers urged to follow COVID-19 protocols at post offices

Members of the public conducting business at post offices across the island are urged to comply with all of the COVID-19 protocols in place.

All customers will be required to wear a face mask covering the mouth and nose, and undergo temperature checks and the sanitising of hands before entry.

Once inside, physical distancing protocols must be observed while waiting to be served.

Customers are also reminded that the law requires them to have a mailbox affixed to their premises to facilitate the delivery of mail.  This will assist postal staff in observing social and physical distancing protocols.  These mailboxes are available for purchase at the General Post Office.
