Crime prevention during COVID

The Royal Barbados Police Force advises persons who own and/or manage businesses may assist us by monitoring their security systems. They should pay periodic visits to ensure that their premises remain secured.

Those persons who manage stalls and shops should also monitor their businesses and where practicable should remove any valuable items from within. These would include alcoholic beverages, electronic equipment, laptop computers, televisions etc.

Police patrols will continue to monitor the various communities and businesses across the country.

The Royal Barbados Police Force is advising citizens that if they encounter any activity which they believe to be suspicious, they should contact the police immediately at Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1800(TIPS) or any Police Station.
