Doughlin is new BNA president

There is a new woman at the helm of local netball.
Dr. Carmeta Doughlin has been elected as the  new president of the Barbados Netball Association.
Barbados TODAY  understands that she won the race for presidency after gaining 24 votes.  Incumbent Nisha Craigwell received 19 while Mona Alleyne copped 13 during the annual general meeting tonight at the Wildey Gymnasium.
Carl Alff Padmore captured the vice presidency defeating Oliver Nicholas 41 votes to 14.
