Body of man found floating at Browne’s Beach

A man’s body was pulled from the water at Browne’s Beach this morning.

Police said they received the report around 5:30 a.m. at the Operations Control Room.

When they went to the scene at Bay Street, St Michael, they confirmed that the body of “a mature male” had been pulled from the sea by a few sea bathers who came across the body floating a few metres offshore.

Investigations are ongoing.
