Crime Local News News Two people shot at Flash Zone Bar in St Michael Barbados Today12/07/20200331 views Two people were shot in St Michael early on Sunday, police say. Around 4 am, Black Rock Police personnel along with patrols from CID, District ‘A’ and a Divisional patrol responded to a report of two people being shot at the Flash Zone Bar located at the bottom of University Hill, near the Frank Walcott roundabout. Witnesses say there was an argument and altercation between two men. The security guard on duty broke up the fight and put both men out of the bar. As one man was leaving, he was confronted by two men who approached the bar from the direction of Black Rock main road. A number of explosions were heard before the men ran away. Injured was Kimberley Sue Agard, 34, of Edward Gap, St Matthias, Christ Church. She was shot in her left knee and was transported by ambulance to the QEH. Also injured was Rico Ward, 29, of Lot #7, Reece Land, Brittons Hill, St Michael. He was shot to the left side of his back and was transported by private vehicle to the QEH. Investigations are ongoing.
