Local News News Update: St Philip murder accused remanded to HMP Dodds Fernella Wedderburn19/07/20211619 views Brian Oneal Brown, 33, of Eastbourne #1, St Philip was today remanded to HMP Dodds when he appeared before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes. Brown is charged with the murder of Janice Mitchell, 58, of 1st Avenue, Chapman Lane, St Michael, who perished in the July 10 fire at her home. He is also charged with two counts of serious bodily harm to Keisha Mitchell, 37, and her one-year-old daughter Halee Mitchell, who live at the same residence. Brown is also charged with arson. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 16.
