St. Nicholas Abbey

Did you know you there is a steam train in Barbados? Well, there is and it can be found at St. Nicholas Abbey, one of the islands oldest plantations. This historic attraction has one of the only three authentic Jacobean mansions in the Western Hemisphere, which was built in 1658 and is nestled in the picturesque parish of St. Peter.
