BSSEE results are in

Elena Bohne and Jeremiah Browne are the top students in this year’s Barbados Secondary Schools Entrance Examination, Education Minister Santia Bradshaw announced at a virtual press conference this afternoon.

Bohne, a student of St Angela’s scored 100 in Mathematics and 98 in English while Browne of St Stephen’s Primary gained 98 per cent in Mathematics and 99 per cent in English. Both are headed to Queen’s College.

Overall results show that 3, 173 or 95.1 per cent of students who sat the exam have been allocated to secondary schools.

This compares to 94 per cent in 2020 and 97 per cent in 2019.
