PM Mottley off to climate change conference in Glasgow

Prime Minister Mia Mottley left the island last night to attend the United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP26, in Glasgow, Scotland.

Her first engagement will be tomorrow, Monday, November 1, participating in the Opening Ceremony of the World Leaders’ Summit, which will begin at 8 a.m. Barbados time.

The ceremony will be available via COP26UK YouTube channel.

That same day, Prime Minister Mottley will participate in Action and Solidarity – the Critical Decade, and a World Leaders’ Reception, both hosted by Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson.
