Barbados women’s football team to play against El Salvador today

The Barbados senior national women’s football team had their final training session Thursday evening in preparation for today’s match against El Salvador at the Estadio Cuscatlan Football Stadium.
The kick-off is slated for 5:30 p.m. Barbados time as the Lady Tridents rank 146 will hope to orchestrate an upset when they face the host El Salvador with a world ranking of 117.
El Salvador is jointly tied at the top of Group D on six points with Panama. Barbados is third on three points while fourth and fifth place countries Aruba and Belize are tied on one point each. (ML)
