Over the years psychologists and scientists have conducted experiments and surveys to determine or understand the reasons behind many of our day-to-day actions. As a result of these various experiments and surveys they have been able to solve many of the problems which plague human beings and in several instances, they have developed stratagems and other methods to enable us to cope with these dilemmas. Quite recently a number of universities collaborated on a study to discover the various reasons why sleep patterns differed in men. This study was conducted over a period of five years and involved men of all nationalities in sixteen different countries. Needless to say, the results, although quite astonishing, were by no means unexpected. The survey revealed that of men who get out of bed between the hours of 1.00am and 2.30am, ten per cent get up to fix a snack, fifteen per cent get up to go to the bathroom, whilst the remaining seventy-five per cent get up to go home. – Rollins Howard
