Classes get started for St John Primary School at new location

Students at St John’s Primary School have resumed face-to-face classes Monday at the Messiah Wesleyan Holiness Church in Massiah Street, St John until the end of the school term.

The students were relocated following several days of protests by staff and parents, who were pushing back against environmental issues plaguing the Glebe St John primary school over the past several months

Classes were subsequently held online as the Ministry of Education searched for a temporary location.

 PTA President Nicole Gill-Wilson.

PTA President Nicole Gill-Wilson said she was pleased with the relocation. She however expressed concern that teachers could not start classes after assembly as the furniture arrangements were not completed and teachers did not have all their work material. (SZB)
