Consumers to pay more for gas and diesel

Effective midnight Thursday, February 13, there will be an increase of one cent to the retail prices of gas and diesel, while that for kerosene will remain unchanged.

Gasoline will now cost $3.89 per litre; diesel will be sold at $3.33 per litre; and kerosene remains at $1.26.

The Ministry of Energy and Business has advised that going forward, the consuming public can expect to benefit from the continuation of Government’s policy which mandates that retail prices should be reflective of those on the international market. (BGIS)
