The Barbados Alliance to End Homelessness’ (BAEH) meals programme will be well served for the future with a commercial stove recently provided by RUBIS.

Team RUBIS’ LPG Accounts Executive, Gregory Brathwaite, made the presentation, noting that RUBIS is pleased to contribute to providing hot meals for people facing homelessness. He said the recent donation strengthened the relationship with BAEH established since 2020, when RUBIS began supporting the homeless shelter with Rubigas 25lb cylinders.

“At RUBIS, we are committed to supporting our communities. The Barbados Alliance to End Homelessness plays a vital role in providing care and assistance to those in need, and we are proud to make a further contribution to their mission on behalf of these vulnerable members of our community. By donating this state-of-the-art commercial stove, we hope to support BAEH in continuing its invaluable work of supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.”

Founder and president of BAEH Kemar Saffrey expressed his gratitude, stating, “Your gift at this time ensures that we can continue helping the homeless in need for some time to come. Every time we share a good meal, we want you to remember that RUBIS is the very reason we can.”
