Easter Recipe Special: Fresh Mint Tea

This tea is light, refreshing and soothing. Try it with your favourite type of fresh mint leaves.

Pluck and rinse mint leaves and add them to a jug or a teacup with an infuser. Pour boiling hot water over the leaves. Cover and leave to steep for 5 minutes. Longer if you want your tea strong. Drink as is or with a little honey, sugar or your preferred sweetener.


Note

After feasting on your big holiday meal, relax with a cup of mint tea. Mint teas are known for their digestive benefits.
