Man pleads not guilty before the High Court

Murder accused Jacobi Ashaka Ajene Tudor was arraigned before the High Court on Thursday.

When the Belleview Gap, Station Hill, St Michael resident appeared before Madam Justice Laurie-Ann Smith-Bovell today he pleaded not guilty to murdering Dion Howard on June 18, 2015. Howard was reportedly shot.

Deputy Director of Public Prosecution Alliston Seale is representing the state while the accused is represented by attorney-at-law Safiyah Moore.

The matter will be mentioned again before the No. 4 Supreme Court on
June 23.
