Police probe alleged abduction

A 60-year-old woman was reportedly abducted from her home last night by an assailant.

According to police, Radha Rabilall was taken from her house in Fort George Heights, St Michael, and placed in the trunk of her car by a masked man dressed in dark clothing and carrying a gun.

Around 9:00 p.m she was seen at Pine East West Boulevard, where she reported to the police that she was taken from her home.

Rabilall told police that the culprit requested her ATM card and pin number and a sum of money was taken from her account.

Her son Shri Rabilall had earlier reported that between 7:30p.m. and 7:45p.m. the alarm at his mother’s house was activated. He later went to her residence about 8:20p.m. and noticed that his mother and her Mitsubishi motorcar were missing.
