MP Ian Gooding-Edghill is the new chairman of the Transport Board

Member of Parliament for St Michael West Central Ian Gooding-Edghill has been named as the new chairman of the Transport Board.

Prime Minister Mia Mottley made the announcement moments ago as she addressed the May Day celebrations at the Barbados Workers’ Union Headquarters at Solidarity House, St Michael.

Gooding-Edghill who assumes the post with immediate effect takes over following the resignation of Gregory Nicholls on Tuesday. (RB)
