St Andrew man to face drug charges

Twenty-seven-year-old Brian Arthur, of Savannah Road, Walkers, St Andrew has been charged with multiple offences.

Last Thursday, police executed a warrant at Arthur’s house and found a package of suspected cannabis, a firearm and 28 rounds of ammunition.

The officers also searched the yard and found four packages of suspected cannabis in an old motor vehicle and another 27 packages buried in a sheep pen.

The weight of the suspected cannabis was 283.8 pounds with an estimated street value of $516, 000.
