Gun accused remanded

Allegations that a 29-year-old butler had a firearm and 45 rounds of 9mm ammunition in his possession have landed him on the remand block at Her Majesty’s Prison Dodds.

Damien Troy Vaughan of Mayers Road, My Lords Hill, St Michael is charged with having the illegal items on June 6.

He was not required to plead to the indictable charges when he appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick with his attorney Desmond Sands.

Vaughan is scheduled to make his re-appearance in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on July 5.
