Court Local News Another murder charge for Greaves Barbados Today18/02/20200117 views Jamar Jamal Greaves Nineteen days after appearing in court on a murder charge Jamar Jamal Greaves was back today before the same magistrate in connection with a similar offence. The 33-year-old, of Grape Hall, St Lucy appeared in the Holetown Magistrates’ Court on the allegation that he murdered Ken Yearwood, of River Bay, St Lucy, on November 28, 2019. He succumbed to his injuries on arrival at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital following a shooting incident. Greaves, who was represented by attorney-at-law Michael Lashley Q.C., was not required to plead to the indictable charge read to him by Magistrate Wanda Blair. The accused will make his next court appearance on February 27. That is the same day that the murder case against him in connection with the death of 37-year-old Marlon Holder will be called. Holder was shot on January 16, 2020 at Taylor’s Gap, Weston, St James.
