Evaluation ordered on accused

A 49-year-old man has been ordered to the Psychiatric Hospital for observation and a report.

When Winston Leroy King, of Licorish Village, My Lord’s Hill, St Michael returns before the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court in three weeks Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant will know whether he is able to plead to a criminal charge against him.

King, who is unemployed, is accused of stealing a $350 bicycle belonging to Sajid Patel on February 12. He reappears in court on March 11.
