Man dies after reported beating in Brittons Hill

Police are carrying out investigations into the circumstances, which resulted in the death of Jamar Small 31, of Villa Road, Brittons Hill, St Michael.

Police say that around 9:10 pm on Friday, Small rode a bicycle to Central Police Station and reported that he was beaten and chased by a group of men at Brittons Hill.

Small had minor abrasions on his hands and feet and blood on his feet.

Personnel from the Ambulance Service were summoned and took the Small to the QEH where he died around 12:30 this morning.
