REGIONAL – American Airlines suspending service to Guyana from tomorrow over coronavirus

(Source: Stabroek News) – As part of its global cutback because of the coronavirus pandemic, American Airlines yesterday announced that with effect from tomorrow its flights to Guyana from New York and Miami will be suspended through May 6th.

American Airlines Inc, according to Reuters,  said it plans to cut 75% of its international flights through May 6 and ground nearly all its widebody fleet, as airlines respond to the global collapse in travel demand due to the coronavirus pandemic.
