Police probe accident

Three people suffered injuries in an accident, which occurred along Collymore Rock Road at its junction with Culloden Road, St Michael around 11:55 a.m.

The accident involved an ambulance that overturned and a motor van driven by Everton Evelyn, 44, of Henley, St John.

The ambulance personnel Paul Mayers, 52, of Marchfield, St Philip and Damien Belgrave, 41, of Baltic, St Peter both suffered various injuries about the body and were transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for medical attention.

Evelyn complained of minor injuries.

Police are continuing investigations.
