Filing of some court documents from Monday, May 11

Members of the public are asked to note that the filing of estate and probate documents and applications for Decrees Absolute at the High Court will commence from Monday, May 11.

They will all be done based on an alphabet system which is as follows:

Monday, May 11 – A to B

Tuesday, May 12 – L to R for seniors (70 and older), disabled persons and pregnant women

Wednesday, May 13 – C to F

Thursday, May 14 – G to K for essential Workers

Friday, May 15 – S to Z

Meanwhile, persons seeking to access Notary Public Services are advised that this is being done by appointment only.
