BWA urges customers to disregard disconnection messages

BWA Reaches Out to its Residential Customers

The Barbados Water Authority advises residential customers that as a result of the national shutdown for COVID-19 some water bills may still inadvertently carry the system automated Due for Disconnection message.

Customers are asked to disregard this message and are encouraged to settle their bills as usual via a payment outlet of their choice.

The Authority urges persons to stay safe as we battle the spread of this disease together.   (PR)
