Temporary Relocation Of Accident & Emergency Department

The public is kindly asked to note that due to the passage of Tropical Storm Gonzalo, the Accident and Emergency Department (AED) of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital will be temporarily relocated to the hospital’s Antenatal and Haematology Clinics from 8 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2020.

The relocation of AED will take place between 6 to 8 p.m. during which there will be a limited disruption of services, but the AED remains poised to respond to any emergencies which may arise.

For the period of this temporary relocation, the AED will be accessed through the glass doors of the Lion’s Caribbean Eye Care Centre; and security and traffic management arrangements will be effected by hospital security. (BGIS)
