All public schools scheduled to open Monday but six won’t

The Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training wishes to advise parents/guardians that all public schools are scheduled to open on Monday, September 21.

However, the following schools will start on Tuesday 22, since it is necessary to complete further adjustments to meet COVID-19 Protocols.

  • St Stephens Primary
  • St Paul’s Primary
  • St Martins/ Mangrove Primary
  • Half Moon Fort Primary
  • St Matthews Primary
  • St Philip Primary

In addition,

St Lukes/Brighton

Students will be working online only for this week. Class 4 students will be working face to face at the St Lukes Church Hall. Classes to resume on Monday, September 28.

St Giles Primary

All students at St Giles will be working online except Reception and Class 4.

Reception students will be at Government Hill SDA church. Teachers will contact parents on the arrangements. Class 4 will be online Monday to Wednesday but then will be face to face at BCC on Thursday and Friday.

St. Giles Primary is expected to reopen on October 12.
