Visitor to face drug charges

A Jamaican national living in Canada, Delmar Windsor Fletcher, is set to appear in the District “B” Magistrates’ Court on drug charges.
The 62-year-old of Apt 402, #207, Morning Side, Scarborough, Ontario, arrived in Barbados last Thursday, November 5 on Air Canada. Customs searched his two suitcases and found 39 packages of marijuana weighing 43 pounds.
Fletcher has been charged with possession, trafficking, possession with intent to supply and importation of cannabis.
