BWA conducting emergency investigative work in St Peter

The Barbados Water Authority wishes to advise residents and businesses in St Peter that between Monday, January 25 and Monday, February 1 it will be conducting emergency investigative work in the Lamberts section of its distribution network.

The work which is being carried out in an effort to improve the water service to the area, will be conducted between 9 am and 5 pm in some areas and between 10 pm and 5 am in others.

As a result, customers in Lamberts, Cave Hill, Risk, Date Tree Hill, Castle Tenantry, Alexandria, Mount Gay, Church Hill, Oxford, Boscobelle and the surrounding areas may experience low pressure or water outages while the work is being conducted.

Residents are asked to store an adequate supply of water to help during this period.

The Barbados Water Authority apologises for any inconvenience this contained service disruption in some St Peter districts during the week of January 25 to February 1 may cause.
