Imagine Digital determined to help businesses succeed

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to take a toll on businesses across Barbados and the rest of the region resulting in a change in the way they deliver goods and services, one firm is seeking to help them maximise their chances for survival and success.

Imagine Digital, an online company, is designed to help businesses across the region to simplify their digital transformation.

The new digital agency offers a range of services including marketing strategies, campaign development, analytics and reporting, website development and maintenance, e-commerce solutions, content creation, and reputation management, among others.

Ghulam Bham, Senior Digital Sales Manager of Imagine Digital, told Today’s BUSINESS that Imagine Digital works with clients to customise the right approach that fits their operations “because we know that one size does not fit all”.

“So we would look at your business, see where you are in terms of your competition and do a competitive analysis and sentimental analysis to understand where your brand is in the market, and then we will map out with you, based on your objectives, a journey towards becoming a market leader,” he explained.

Bham said the COVID-19 pandemic has led to a more demanding customer who expect businesses to be more engaging and responsive to their needs. It was therefore important for businesses to respond effectively to those needs, said Bham.

Stating that the digital revolution brought on by COVID is here to stay, he added that the ease of doing business would become even more important to customers.

“So, all of these things make it hugely important that you have the right digital presence. You need to be responsive, you need to understand who your ideal customer is so you are not wasting your funds targeting everyone out there but you are targeting those persons who are more likely to engage with your business. How do you get that message across to your clients and prospective customer?,” explained Bham.

He said increasingly more business owners were recognising that digital transformation would be fundamental to their success and growth, but said many of them did not have the capacity within their operation to fully execute the transformation they needed.

This is where Imagine Digital comes in, said Bham.

“Our team of experts across our markets are ready to guide customers on the path to transforming their businesses and help them to digitise at speed and scale, delivering the right solutions with simplicity, clarity and proven return on investment,” he said.

He said Imagine Digital will be leveraging its partnership with international allies as well as data insights and artificial intelligence to determine some factors in helping businesses to grow their operations.

“Through insights-driven solutions we define and connect you with the right digital consumer in the most relevant and efficient ways for your business and industry,” he added.
