Full reopening of Port of Bridgetown

The Port of Bridgetown will return to full operations tomorrow Monday, April 19, with the reopening of Shed 4 (Commercial cargo) and Shed 2 (personal effects).

The Port will also continue to work vessels and make container deliveries as it has done during most of last week.

Extensive clean-up of roadways and operational areas has been undertaken and efforts will continue to mitigate against the ongoing impacts of volcanic ash.

Monitoring of the environmental conditions will also continue to ensure the operational spaces are safe and without risks to health.

The Port of Bridgetown looks forward to welcoming customers and reminds all persons that Port entry and cargo delivery continues to be by appointment only.
