COVID-19 UPDATE: No new cases, 10 discharged

There were no new positive cases of COVID-19 recorded on Friday, April 30, from the 505 tests carried out by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory.

Ten people recovered from the viral illness, while 93 are currently in isolation.

The confirmed COVID-19 cases remain at 3,863 (1,874 females and 1,989 males).  To date, 3,793 people have recovered from the virus.  There have been 44 COVID-19 deaths.

Since February 2020, the public health laboratory has conducted 154,341 tests.

To date, the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19 has administered 74,218 vaccinations – 30,686 men and 43,532 women. (BGIS)
