COVID-19 UPDATE: 2 new cases, 42 in isolation

Two males tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday, May 26. 

They were identified from the 544 tests conducted by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory.

Forty-two persons are currently in isolation.

There have been 4,006 confirmed cases of COVID-19 (1,934 females and 2,072 males) since March 2020.

The virus has claimed 47 lives.

The public health laboratory has conducted a total of 168,135 tests.

The National Vaccination Programme has seen 77,084 people vaccinated against COVID-19. This includes 57,998 persons who have received both doses of the vaccine. (BGIS)
