Three suspects assisting police

Three men are assisting detectives in the north with their investigations into the slaying of acting station sergeant Newton Lewis.
Lewis was gunned down while responding to a robbery report at a small business in his Rose Hill, St Peter home district about 9 p.m. on May 22. Lewis was buried with full military honours yesterday.

Barbados TODAY understands that among those in custody are individuals already on bail for the September 2016 execution-style killing of Ricardo Rick Rick Bryan outside Lucky Horseshoe Restaurant in Warrens, St Michael. (BT)
