Some BWA pumping stations back online

 

The Barbados Water Authority wishes to update the public that most of the pumping stations taken offline by power outages early this morning Thursday, June 17th are now back online.

A few remain offline and this is affecting sections of St. Lucy, St. Peter, St. Andrew, St. Joseph and St. George where residents may still be experiencing low water pressure or outages.

Our teams are still working to restore power to the remaining facilities including the possible use of generators. Water tankers will continue to assist customers in the affected areas in the interim.
